Felicia Edwards serves as the institutional equity and diversity specialist supporting the University’s institutional equity and diversity team. In this role, she works on special projects, manages the office and its budget and maintains the office website. In addition, Edwards serves as a Fairness Review panelist and is actively involved in the Princetonians of Color Network employee resource group. Felicia began her career at the University in the Office of Human Resources in 1999 and transitioned to the Office of the Provost in 2004. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2000. She holds both SHRM and HRCI human resources professional certifications (PHR and SHRM-CP ) and is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) Learning Systems.
