As Director of Gender Equity and Title IX Administration, Randy Hubert manages the Title IX Sexual Harassment policy and the University Sexual Misconduct policy; supports Title IX programming and training on campus; facilitates the alternate resolution process; and oversees the investigation and adjudication of student, faculty and staff sexual misconduct cases. From 2016 through 2022, Randy served as a University investigator, investigating alleged violations of University policy by students, faculty, and staff. Previously, she was a litigator at a large law firm, handling commercial litigation and employment cases. Randy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received her law degree from Harvard Law School.
