Cady joined the Office of the Provost in July 2024. A 2024 graduate from Dartmouth College, she holds a B.A. in Educational Studies and is passionate about evidence-based teaching and learning in higher education.

At Princeton, Cady works with Cole Crittenden and Carolina Tamara to help senior leadership better understand the health of academic departments and initiatives through data. Cady provides research support, data analysis/wrangling, and organizational management to ensure that decision-making committees can easily monitor academic data, track projects, and maintain accurate records of committee proceedings. Much of Cady's work is focused on developing sustainable, accessible, and long-term organizational solutions that can endure staff turnover. Cady also supports academic outreach projects.

At Dartmouth, she worked at the Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning, where she played a key role in organizing efforts to revise teaching evaluation. She also worked in the Office of Student Life, the Office of the Provost, and held several other roles at Dartmouth where she led various research and policy initiatives related to improving undergraduate education.
